Home Staging

We offer a free quote if your home is within a short distance. A consultation will follow if you decide to use our service.

Step One: Free Quote / Consultation

We will visit your home at a scheduled date to check your home's condition and take pictures to give you a free quote, if your home is within a short distance. We do not offer free consultations but should you decide to use our service after you receive our quote, we will give you a detailed consultation. In some cases, if we already know that we are doing the staging job, a thorough consultation will proceed during the visit to your home.

Should you decide to get your home ready by yourself but are not sure what to do, how to proceed and you need a professional advice, then we can help you. We offer a consultation service where we will walk and talk you through your home; give you detailed ideas and suggestions; discuss various solutions on how to make your home more presentable at minimum cost. We can either do it verbally or in a written report -- your choice. Our consultation fee is based on the size and location of your home. It starts at $125+tax.

Step Two: Maintenance and Repair Work

After we complete the consultation, you can decide to do some of the repair work by yourself, hire a contractor or let us arrange reliable trades for you. This step could involve the following services, maybe more or less depending on the condition of the property and your requirements, or maybe none at all:

  • Arranging and scheduling contractors
  • Packing
  • Painting
  • Repairs
  • Replace floor (if necessary)
  • Replace lighting fixtures (if necessary)
  • Replace curtains (if necessary)
  • Cleaning
  • Landscaping

Our fee for this step is based on the scope of the work required. We will try to help you to do minimum repair with minimum cost to bring you the maximum result.

Step Three: Home staging

After completing Step one and two above, we will schedule a day to do the final showcase work. We will maximize the use of your existing furniture and accessories, also will bring in necessary pictures and decor accessories, or furniture if needed.  The time to do a job normally takes one or two days -- we will transform your home to have the best appeal to potential buyers.

The fee is based on your property size, your existing furniture or decorating items, selling price, and the amount of work involved.

Our staging services include condos, townhouses, occupied houses, and vacant houses. We have the ability to design and source all kinds of furniture style, art work, and decorating accessories to make your home beautiful to attract the most buyers, for money well spent.
