Home Sweet Home
This service is not for selling a home. It is to design a dream home for you to live in. We will visit your home, walk and talk through your home with you and discuss your needs, your taste and your ideal lifestyle using some of your existing furniture, help you purchase new ones or use our design team to transform an empty house to your 'home sweet home'. You can just relax and wait to see the final result -- we can make it happen.
Cost
Every project is different, the cost will be take into consideration your budget and the elements needed to make your home functional, beautiful, and cozy. We will make a plan and budget list that will be based around your wishes. We will consciously use your budget wisely and communicate with you during the design and purchase process. We will also pass our trade discounts to you, so while you're getting our professional design service, you can save some money on the side too.
Project Management
Once an agreement is made on the project and design concept, you can just relax. Our design team will do our homework to search the right products for you. We will place the orders, arrange deliveries, inspect the quality of the products when they are arrive, etc... A lot of details are looked after during this process. A job process normally takes two to four months, sometimes longer.
Show Time
It's the time to put everything in their proper places. When all the furniture and/or arts are delivered, our team will bring in all the necessary elements to your home that we purchased for you, i.e. wall decor, rugs, bedding, and a variety of decorating items. We will set up a day to decorate your home, hang pictures, place decorating items in every room, etc... to make sure your new home will be functional, comfortable and beautiful! Your smile will be our best reward.
Final Touch
After the showcase, if there is anything that needs adjusting, add or reduce items -- we will do the final touch ups to make sure your wishes and needs are satisfied.
